Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For performance and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized cleats
  • Used or damaged footwear (except in cases of manufacturing defects)
  • Clearance items marked as “final sale”

Note: Based on our product categories, soccer cleats and racing flats that show signs of wear cannot be returned due to performance integrity concerns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to make your return as smooth as a perfect through-ball:

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return label (for US-based returns of defective items)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include all original contents. For international returns:

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • Clearly mark your RMA number on the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Here’s what to expect:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different product requests:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your email, specify the replacement item/size you prefer
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or offer alternatives.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (rare, but we know even pros make mistakes):
